Forsyth, Missouri is located in Taney County. Forsyth is an area where you can find two of the three lakes that make up the Tri-Lakes region of southwest Missouri. Bull Shoals Lake and Lake Taneycomo flow into each other in the Forsyth area. Fishermen love these water ways. Lake Taneycomo is great for kayaking, but at its constant cool temperature is not favored for swimming. Bull Shoals lake is similar to its big sister Table Rock Lake.
