It is a beautiful day in the Tri-Lakes area. I ventured down to Table Rock Lake to check out a realtor open house. 30 Shoshone Lane has an amazing view of the Kimberling City arm of Table Rock Lake. When I first moved to the Branson area 20 years ago, my first home was in the Arrowhead Estates subdivision off Joe Bald road, where this Kimberling City home for sale is located.
If you’re looking to retire and live the lake life or move your family to Table Rock Lake, Arrowhead Estates is one of the best the places to relocate. You are a short walk or a quick golf cart ride away from a 10 x 30 boat dock that is sold separately by a 3rd party. Table Rock Lake lovers spend lots of time down at their dock or floating in one of the many coves on the Kimberling City arm of the lake. You are a quick boat ride to Port of Kimberling Marina where you can fuel up your boat and grab a bite to eat. Also across the cove is a Mexican restaurant Iguana Roja and the Rocks, which is famous for live music on busy summer weekends.
All kinds of water sports are available on Table Rock Lake. You can ski, tube, or wakeboard in the wide open waters. The protective coves offer a great opportunity to paddle your canoe or kayak and enjoy untouched natural habits, or, cast a line to do a little fishing. If you’re an avid fisherman, the points in the Kimberling City arm of Table Rock Lake provide some of the best bass fishing. A visit to the local bait shop will get you a license and some great pointers. The thing about the locals in the Ozarks is they are always willing to share their fishing experience with the new residents.
30 Shoshone Lane has been on the market a couple of months. As of today there are less than 30 homes on the market with Table Rock Lake access under $300,000.00. This 2780 square foot lake home is water front and water view, a combination you don’t find all that often on Table Rock. The vast majority of Table Rock Lake is protected by the Army Corp of Engineers, allowing for a very natural looking shoreline. This home has two decks on the upper and lower levels. It features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms spread out over two levels. There is lots of storage, large closets, and two nice size living rooms with gorgeous lake views. The master bedroom of this home has a sliding glass door that opens up to the upper deck. You can spend your mornings on the porch watching the fishermen reel in their catch of the day or early morning skiers enjoying the water smooth as glass.
